Personality: Flamboyant, and somewhat effeminate man who has a very peculiar style of dress. Usually appears to be happy and nonchalant. He's quite polite and is always willing to lend a hand.
History:
Malphas is the son of a wealthy businessman and with that wealth opened a local multi-story Barcade called "Crow's Nest." Aside from that, not much is known about him; just rumors. Some say that he spreads some of the rumors himself just to keep people guessing, but that could just be a rumor too. He appears to be a collector of many things though, as is evident from the multitude of display shelves located in his Barcade. Some say the Barcade is merely a fun way for him to show off his collection of rare arcade cabinets and alcoholic beverages. No one knows for sure though.
(Crow's Nest accepts all ages, as the bar section is on one of the upper levels. That said, parts of the building are age restricted)
